We're a tiny team of kokedama makers and Tillandsia hoarders who kept losing track of which moss ball was soaked last Tuesday and which air plant was three days overdue for a bath. MossyBossy started as our own notebook, rebuilt as a proper studio tool for anyone who loves plants that skip the soil.
Our mission is simple: turn soil-less plant care from a guessing game into a precise, satisfying routine. Kokedama and air plants don't forgive vague schedules — they reward attention, exact ratios, and consistent rhythm. We built the tool we wished existed for that kind of care.

MossyBossy does not collect any personal information, account details, or usage data. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile to create — we have nothing to gather because the app was built not to ask.

2. How We Use Information
Since no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. We don't build behavioral models from your soaking schedules, and we never monetize your moss ball history in any form.

3. Data Storage
Everything you enter — soaking timers, soil ratio calculations, weight logs, and growth journal photos of your kokedama and air plants — is stored exclusively in local storage on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote server, and no backup account tied to MossyBossy. Uninstalling the app removes this data permanently.

4. Third-Party Services
MossyBossy does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No data ever leaves your device to reach an outside company, because no such connection exists in the app.

5. Data Security
Because your studio journal lives only on your device, it is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, biometric lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date to keep that local data safe.

6. Children's Privacy
MossyBossy is designed to be COPPA-friendly. The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, since it collects no personal information from any user at all.

7. Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored remotely to request deletion of. You are always in full control: clearing the app's data or uninstalling MossyBossy immediately and completely erases your soaking history, soil recipes, and growth photos from your device.

If our approach to privacy ever changes, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
